Chloe was presented to us off the back of a horse dealer’s lorry that drove into the farm one day. She was unloaded along with two others, Choco and Hercule. We bought all three, probably more because we didn’t know where they might end up if we didn’t than because we really needed them, but they all proved to become lovely members of the Belle Ferme family and certainly earned their keep and deserved their retirement! Chloe was absolutely safe and lovely, whether it was around her for grooming or riding.
What's special?
In lessons Chloe hated having anyone behind her, so she would always organise herself to be at the very end of the line of ponies. If someone came too close, she’d stop and make sure they passed her, not paying any attention to what her little riders were trying to tell her! She was convinced she knew what was best and where the safest place to be was!
